✅ Where is my order?

In your "Orders" section on our site you can check the order status and the estimated delivery date, remember that this is only an indicative date, it is the shipping date and not the delivery date and does not guarantee to receive the goods within the indicated deadline .

Furthermore, the expected shipment date can be changed and updated at any time by sixrace staff.

You can track the delivery of your order via the link you received on your email at the time of shipment (Not at the time of order).

Or you can connect to your reserved area of ​​our site using the LOGIN button at the top (Login) and at the bottom (Your account) and consult the "Orders" section.

If you have not yet received the tracking or you do not see it in the orders section, it means that we are still waiting for the delivery of your product by the manufacturer, be patient a few days, as soon as the shipment is entrusted to the courier you will receive emails with the tracking data and you will see the update in your reserved area.

⚠️ Attention delivery times may vary from those shown on the site, also remember that SATURDAY and SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS couriers do not deliver, so if you are waiting for a patient product a few days after the indicative date, the wait will surely be repaid!

These 3 states are the same for us and used only for internal management of procedures!

✅ If your order is in any of these states it means your order is being processed and already ordered or available.

We may be awaiting delivery by the manufacturer of the material, total or partial of your order, or we may be awaiting management by the warehouse.

If your order is in one of these states, all you have to do is wait for the shipment email, it is not necessary to request updates on your order from our operators, in case of problems we will notify you.

Orders for which one or more parts may be out of stock by the manufacturer may have the status:

Out of stock

It means that one or more parts of your order are currently awaiting production / restocking. If your order is in this state you do not have to do anything, the order is placed in the production / supply queue by the manufacturer and will be shipped as soon as it is available. In case of problems we will notify you.

All packages are shipped by express courier with tracking, insured where expressly indicated.

SixRace is not responsible for delays, damage, loss or loss of uninsured packages.

SixRace is not responsible for courier delivery times.

⌛ Shipping times:

Shipping times vary depending on stock availability, and for some products depending on the manufacturer, the availability of a product on our ecommerce does not guarantee immediate shipment as some products are ordered by the manufacturer following your order.

Purchases made on SixRace are safe and guaranteed and payments can be made in several ways:

By selecting the PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your details and make the payment.

Personal financial information will not be shared with SixRace, but handled directly by PayPal. In case of cancellation of the order or rejection by SixRace, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. SixRace will not be responsible for any delays in the refund process.

⚠️ From March 5, 2020 PayPal has changed its conditions of use and does NOT refund payment fees on refunds anymore, therefore in the event of a refund of payment made with PayPal, for any reason, the fees will NOT be refunded.

Payment by bank transfer in advance

The order will be handled only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank.

Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.

The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number.

✅ Returns:

You can request a return of a product by logging into your account page and selecting "Order History and Details".

The status of an approved return request can be viewed in the "Product Return" section of your account!

✅ Packaging and shipping

All products subject to RMA must be packaged in the best possible way to prevent damage to the same and packaging. In case of products not congruent with these specifications we reserve the right to reject the RMA request without further communication. In this case the return costs will always be charged to the customer.

The product / s, subject to RMA, must arrive in our warehouse within 10 days from the date of approval of the return, if the product is not returned to our warehouses within this period, the assigned RMA number will no longer be valid. The responsibility for shipping is always borne by the customer, we recommend using an insured and traceable carrier.

All returns must be sent to the address provided in the "Contact Us" section of this site.

✅ Refunds:

The management of a return order for orders that comply with the description (therefore voluntary by the customer even in the event of delivery delays not exceeding 60 days) involves the following costs:

⚠️ One-off € 19 management fee for the withdrawal of orders already delivered and / or already shipped by the supplier.

⚠️ Payment commissions equal to 3% of the amount paid for all other orders, even if not yet processed, in queue, out of stock or awaiting production.
