What is the purpose of an Evotech Tail Tidy?

To compliment the heritage race styling of the Yamaha XSR900 GP, the Evotech Tail Tidy replaces the original rear number plate retainer with a compact, precision-machined design. The bespoke EP motorcycle part is CNC-machined from lightweight aluminium with a durable powder-coating and an integrated LED light to illuminate the number plate. The Evotech plug and play system allows for the original indicators to be included with no modifications to existing wiring required. For ease of installation, pictorial fitting instructions are included on this webpage.

Compatibility:

The license plate light, the original indicators as well as aftermarket models of compatible indicators can be mounted on the license plate holder if they are mounted on the original bike.The plate is fixed using the two upper holes and is compatible with all targe plates of all countries. There is no problem fixing the license plate using the two upper holes. The license plate holder is built specifically for this. On our site there is an X support for those who still want to fix the plate on 4 points (not necessary). You can find the X fixing bracket at this address:
