What is Spindle Bobbins Crash Protection?

EP Spindle Bobbins Kit for the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 project from the sides of each wheel, offering protection to the wheel spindles, lower front forks, brake calipers and rear swingarm. The black bobbins are easily installed and held in place by a rolled-thread spindle rod.
