Where is my order

If you have not yet received the tracking via email or you cannot find it in the orders section, it means that we are still waiting for the delivery of your product. A reminder from you is not necessary, in case of problems we will contact you. See the section "Order processing times" for more details.

Avoid contacting customer service to ask "Where is my order", our operators cannot provide you with an expected delivery date until all your products are ready to be shipped, at that moment you will receive an automatic email from the system with the shipment notification.
