DS1 & DS2
Dual Sinter DS brake pads DS Racing compound (Dual Sinter)
The DS compound represents the state-of-the-art of SBS Racing pads. It provides instant braking performance both cold and hot, long-lasting performance, and incredible resistance to heat and intensive use. These pads are recommended for track use only; their extremely high responsiveness ensures incredible braking from the first meter to the last lap, on both wet and dry surfaces. SBS Dual Sinter racing pads are not suitable for road use. Dual Sinter brake pads work with all brake discs, but may cause premature wear of your bike's street or original discs. They are recommended for competitions at all levels where maximum stopping power is required.
The difference between DS-1 compound and DS-2 compound is in the very first response of the pad.

DC Racing Dual Carbon Brake Pads (Dual Carbon)
The SBS Dual Carbon compound is an excellent compromise for track use on racing and street brake systems. Braking is powerful and consistent even at very high temperatures. Dual Carbon pads need to warm up to operating temperature to function properly, so they require a few warm-up laps before offering maximum braking power.
Their lifespan is shorter than that of Dual Sinter compounds, but they're also less expensive. Furthermore, Dual Carbon pads don't risk prematurely damaging your motorcycle's street or original brake discs.
