Processing, Shipping and Tracking Times

All products visible on sixrace.it are purchasable and available! We constantly update our warehouse stock and manufacturer data to show only products that are available for order!

If our site allows you to purchase the product, it means it is available and purchasable!

Some custom-made products require longer lead times. If there are any discrepancies between stock and available quantities, our customer service team will contact you directly to discuss the appropriate handling options (refund, reorder, replacement, or other).

Products that are NOT available and cannot be ordered from the manufacturer will be removed from the site and cannot be purchased (the site itself will display an error if you add them to your cart).

If you can add the product to your cart, it means that the product can be ordered and purchased!

DELIVERY TIMES FROM THE TIME THE PACKAGE IS HANDED OVER TO THE COURIER:

Delivery times from the time the package is handed over to the courier are usually 24-48 hours for Italy and 48-72 hours for Europe. This is from the date of shipment and handing over to the courier (not the order date), plus handling time (see below) .

You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information received via email to be recognized by the courier's systems. You don't need to follow up; if there are any issues, we'll contact you.

We kindly ask you to avoid contacting customer service with questions such as "Where is my order?" . Our agents cannot provide an estimated delivery date until all items in your order are ready for shipment. Once this happens, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email.

⚠️ Order preparation times vary depending on the brand. Consider 3-15 days as the minimum and maximum range, with most products delivered within 48 hours in Europe.
