DELIVERY TIMES FROM WHEN AFFIATO TO THE COURIER:

Delivery times from when the package is entrusted to the courier are usually 24 / 48h for Italy and 48 / 72h for Europe. From the date of shipment and assignment to the courier (not of the order) to which handling times must be added (see below).

You will receive on your email the tracking to check the shipment. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking received on your email to be recognized by the courier's systems. A reminder from you is not necessary, in case of problems we will contact you.

MANAGEMENT TIMES AND ORDER PREPARATION:

All orders are handled as quickly as possible, waiting times vary according to the product on average from 1 to 15 working days, except for delays.

Avoid contacting customer service to ask "Where is my order", our operators cannot provide you with an expected delivery date until all your products are ready to be shipped, at which time you will receive an automatic email from the system with the shipment notification.

Zieger / Ibex:> 15 days

All other brands: 1 to 15 days
