Returns and Refunds
The refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place the order. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued through your credit card payment gateway.
Please note: There may be a processing time between the date we issue the refund and the actual credit to your account. This time does NOT depend on Sixrace but on your bank/card issuing company/payment method used.
⚠️Our operators cannot know when a refund will actually be credited. Contact your bank if you need further details.
Returns for orders that conform to the description (i.e., at the customer's discretion, even in the event of delivery delays of no more than 60 days) involve the following costs:
⚠️ One-time €19 handling fee for canceling orders already delivered and/or shipped by the supplier.
⚠️ Payment fees equal to 3% of the amount paid for all other orders, even if they have not yet been processed, are in queue, are out of stock, or are awaiting production.
⚠️ Payment fees of 5% of the paid amount for orders paid with Klarna
⚠️ ATTENTION: Shipping costs (shipping costs) are NEVER refunded, under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for the return.
Orders placed on Sixrace.it cannot be canceled for any reason, including any delays in delivery or shipping.
If your order has been in the "Out of stock" status for more than 30 days, you can request cancellation if the product has not already been booked by the supplier. Contact our customer service to request cancellation if your order has been in the "Out of stock" status for more than 30 days. Customer Service cannot cancel an order if the status is not “Out of Stock” and no more than 30 days have passed since the order date.
If you have confirmed to our customer service your intention to wait for an out of stock product, you will not be able to cancel your order later.
All products subject to return must be packaged in the best possible way to prevent damage to them and to the packaging. In the event of products not consistent with these specifications, we reserve the right to reject the return request without further communication. In this case the return costs will always be charged to the customer.
The product / s, object of return, must arrive in our warehouse within 14 days from the date of approval of the return, if the product has not returned to our warehouses within this period, the assigned return number will no longer be valid. The responsibility for shipping is always borne by the customer, we recommend using an insured and traceable carrier.
All returns must be sent to the address provided in the "Contact Us" section of the site.
