Returns

If you have a problem with your order, contact us and we'll work together to resolve it!

You can return a product within the timeframe established by law (14 days from delivery) by communicating your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal by registered mail or certified email (or by accessing the "Order History and Details" section of your account) and then returning the products at your own expense in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Orders to Switzerland: Swiss law does not provide for the right of withdrawal for online purchases, so it is not possible to return products due to a change of heart. Warranty rights for defective products remain unaffected.

Orders to non-EU countries (UK, Norway, and others): You are responsible for the return, including export and re-import customs formalities, duties, and taxes. Please retain your customs documentation and send us a copy; without it, your return may be held up by customs. Any import duties and VAT paid in your country are not refundable by us; you can request a refund from your local customs office.

If you want to know if you can cancel your order, consult the dedicated FAQ “Cancelling an Order”.
