If you have a problem with your order, contact us and we'll work together to resolve it!

You can return a product, within the timeframe established by law, by communicating your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal by registered mail or certified email (or by accessing the "Order History and Details" section of your account) and then returning the products at your own expense in accordance with the provisions of the law.
