Carburation Kit Carburation Kit (C) DynoJet - Carburation Kit
Dynojet kits provide a simple solution to carburetion problems, increases power and improve delivery. DynoJet offers a wide range of carburetor calibration kits for each type of application. Based on profile pins other than the original, and accompanied by another assorted material depending on the type of motorcycle (jets, springs, air correctors, etc.), the kits are divided into different types - or "internships".
Stage kit 1
These kits are designed for motorcycles with original engine and airbox. The kits include all the material and the instructions necessary to be mounted with exhaust and standard filter or with more open air filter and free discharge. Stage 1 kits improve the engine response and dispensing, and increase the power over the entire delivery curve increased by about 5%.
Stage Kit 2
Designed for motorcycles with standard or slightly prepared engine with modified Airbox. The kits include all the material and instructions necessary to be mounted with drain and with more open air filter and free discharge. Stage 2 kits are designed for motorcycles where individual filters cannot be mounted directly on the carburetors and for motorcycles on which to adabble changes improve engine performance. They allow in most cases power increases up to 8%.
Stage Kit 3
Designed for motorcycles with standard or slightly prepared motor with alarbox elimination and assembly of single filters; To combine preferably to a good open exhaust. Allow power increments up to 10-15%. They can determine a less linear power supply of the original on short racing engines and high rotation speed. They are mainly available for traditional motion, as on the most recent motorcycles with engines and airboxes, the mounting of individual filters do not allow power increments and can compromise the dispensement
Stage Kit 7
Designed for uniquely competitive use or for special applications, such as the complete V-max kit. On the most recent sports bikes have been replaced in the Dynojet range from Stage 1 kit with the addition of some specific tips for competition calibrations.
