Why should I cover the radiator of my R9 with an Evotech Guard?

A damaged radiator from road debris or unexpected impacts can lead to unwanted break downs or costly repair bills. The Evotech Radiator Guard has a unique design for the Yamaha YZF-R9: precision-shaped for an accurate fit, scalloped to follow the curve of the machine, TPU installation and rubber bungs to cushion the EP rad guard should an impact occur. Manufactured from aluminium with a durable powder-coating, the hexagonal matrix of holes allows consistent air flow whilst maintaining strength. For the finishing touch, replacement Evotech T-Shape badges can be purchased to personalise the EP protective part’s styling.
