Does my YZF-R9 need a Tail Tidy?
Transform the rear profile of the Yamaha YZF-R9 with the Evotech Tail Tidy - a precision engineered upgrade which compliments the motorcycle’s SuperSport race styling. Replacing the OE rear fender, the Evotech Tail Tidy displays the motorcycle registration plate much closer to the motorcycle’s rear with an integrated, bright LED light and insertion points for the OE indicators. Dependent on the size of licence, the EP registration plate bracket can be altered, thanks to the removable lower V section. Designed to deliver a clean, sporty aesthetic while retaining full road legality, the Evotech motorcycle part is the perfect fusion of style and performance.
Compatibility:
All Evotech Performance products are 100% compatible without modification with the indicated motorcycle model. Assembly does not require any additional components.All accessories are Plug & Play compatible with the original components of the bike. Any additional components necessary for assembly are always supplied in the kit.The license plate light, the original indicators as well as aftermarket models of compatible indicators can be mounted on the license plate holder if they are mounted on the original bike.The plate is fixed using the two upper holes and is compatible with all targe plates of all countries. There is no problem fixing the license plate using the two upper holes. The license plate holder is built specifically for this. On our site there is an X support for those who still want to fix the plate on 4 points (not necessary). You can find the X fixing bracket at this address:
The license plate holder is supplied with an ABS cover (frame) designed for UK plates. For all other plates it can be used as a standard license plate holder without the outer frame.
