What do EP Bar End Weights (Road) do?

When fitted to the handlebar ends of the Yamaha Niken, EP Bar End Weights (Road) will add weight to reduce unwanted high-frequency vibrations. Crafted from stainless steel, with EP’s signature black powder-coating, EP’s bar ends are heavier than Yamaha’s OE parts. The EP Bar End Weights also include a bike-specific fitting design which allows a quick and easy but secure mounting to the motorcycle’s handlebars. Evotech Performance’s Road weight is the larger of the two produced, ideal for longer rides.

Note: When fitting EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.
