An exhaust heat guard made from matte carbon, built with an autoclave process, using exclusively carbon fibres and hand-painted. A thermo-reflective film is applied to the inner side, reflecting the heat radiated by the exhaust: it prevents the carbon from yellowing over time and helps to retain and manage the heat, keeping the visible surface stable and uniform even after prolonged use.

Its function is twofold. On one side it shields the exhaust heat, protecting your leg, the bodywork and the surrounding components from thermal radiation. On the other it replaces a standard area with a carbon surface of real visual depth, autoclave-processed like top-level racing components. It's the kind of detail that's spotted immediately on a well-finished Panigale, and one that rarely goes unnoticed next to the exhaust.
