Sixrace Pro Terms of Use

The Pro Price is not a retail price that is accessible to everyone. The Pro Price is not a discounted price list. Only members of the Sixrace Pro purchasing group can purchase certain products at an advantageous price thanks to our number that allows us to obtain discounts for orders from the purchasing group.

All prices are reserved for members only and confidential.

How to order

Orders for Sixrace Pro users are always intended as supply requests subject to approval.

You can submit your supply request by placing a cart order directly through the site.

The supply request is always subject to verification and acceptance by our staff before confirming the acceptance and consequent management.

The supply request is always subject to verification even if you have already made a payment.

The staff reserves the right to make changes to the supply request regarding products, availability, prices and discounts before confirming your supply request.

Any changes will be communicated to you and you are free to accept or decline.

In case of refusal, the order will be canceled and any payments already made will be refunded.

Delivery times and goods availability

Orders placed as a Sixrace Pro member are supply requests and as such can have lead times ranging from a few days to a few weeks or months.

To ensure the possibility for all members to purchase at an advantageous price, any products not available for immediate delivery will be ordered and scheduled for delivery as soon as they are received by the manufacturer / supplier / distributor.

If you are in urgent need of receiving a product, or you cannot wait for our (variable) handling times, do not order through Sixrace Pro.

Each order placed once accepted by Sixrace is to be considered binding even in the case of variable or longer than normal waiting times.

This is the only system to guarantee an optimal purchase price to our members, if you are not in accordance with the order policy, with variable waiting times and with the possibility that you have to wait for your order for a variable time, do not order via Sixrace Pro.

Refunds

The supply orders of the Sixrace Pro purchasing group are group purchases of a reserved club therefore they are not comparable to a traditional online order. All orders are managed as reservations for the buying group and for this reason they do not enjoy the right of withdrawal provided for remote retail orders and are not cancellable or refundable once placed.

Sixrace may decide at its complete discretion to refund an order, in which case the reimbursement costs provided for by the conditions of use visible on the site in the "Payments and Delivery" page will be charged.

Can I unsubscribe?

Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time on your account page.

To unsubscribe, access the site and open the "your account" page by clicking the top right on your name, choose "my subscriptions" and then click on "Cancel Now".

You can cancel your annual membership at any time within the automatic renewal deadline.

Membership is non-refundable.

All products must be for your exclusive personal use and for a motorcycle owned by you.

Will I pay for the transport costs?

Yes, you will pay the shipping fee for your orders.

Shipping Fee:

Pro price list purchases include a shipping fee for the products which includes shipping from the supplier to our warehouse at your home, verification and packaging of the shipment.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary according to the brands and the different items of your order, since it is a sale at a Pro price, a dedicated shipment for each of your purchases from the supplier is not economically sustainable, in order to contain costs and be able to offer you the Pro price. the orders are merged and sent to the supplier upon reaching a value that is consistent with the sustainability of the transport tariffs.

The average indicative times are 3-7 working days for high turnover products, 7-15 days for other products and customized products.

Management:

The Pro Price of the buying group is a truly discounted price, in order to correctly manage the process of your order, where required by your subscription plan, management fees may be applied to your order to allow us to carry out our work. Always refer to the totals indicated when placing an order.

Can I transfer my membership?

No. Registration is confidential and personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

It is not possible to use your membership to make purchases intended for third parties, even if they are family members or friends.

Commercial communications:

Subscription to the purchasing group requires you to receive commercial communications from sixrace for the management of orders, promotions, discounts and initiatives.

Unsubscribing from the Sixrace Pro newsletter will prevent you from receiving confidential offers. Any free or demo subscriptions will be deactivated in case of unsubscription from the Sixrace Pro newsletter.

Principle of correct use and good faith:

In case of violation of the terms of use in good faith Sixrace reserves the right to suspend your Pro membership without notice, in this case you will be granted a refund calculated as the difference between the public list price and the Pro price of any products purchased and the amount paid for your subscription counted on the number of remaining months.

Duration and Renewal:

Sixrace Pro membership is annual. Renewal is automatic.

Resolution:

Sixrace reserves the right to unilaterally suspend your Pro membership at any time, even without any prior notice. In this case, you will be entitled to a refund calculated as the difference between the public list price and the Pro price of any products purchased and the amount paid for your subscription counted on the number of remaining months.

Confidentiality:

Pro membership is confidential and personal, all information is not public but only accessible to registered members.

Pro users are required to keep all information in the Pro program private and strictly confidential, including but not limited to products and prices applied.

How does the guarantee work?

The guarantee is always present on all your purchases, the guarantee is managed directly with the manufacturer and you may be asked for additional shipping and / or return management costs.

Can I return the products?

The products you decide to order as a Pro user are managed by our logistics on your behalf and without any profit on our part, therefore they cannot normally be returned without reason (unless agreed with the manufacturer).

Any return practices if authorized will have a management cost communicated at the time of the request which may vary depending on the product and with a minimum deductible of € 19.90
