Receipt and Invoicing

Our site is aimed at selling to private individuals and we cannot add a company name to the receipt, nor can we offer VAT-exempt purchases .

Please do not include company information in the address as we do not process this information.

Any space dedicated to different addresses is intended solely as additional delivery information to assist the courier.

Our e-commerce site automatically issues an order receipt (order confirmation via email).

In any case, we never issue invoices to private individuals, in any European or non-European country.

If you wish to purchase as a company with a VAT number on our site, you must first register and accept the following conditions:

1) You must request confirmation of VAT-exempt registration and an invoice BEFORE placing your order. In this case, we reserve the right to accept or reject and refund your order.

2) We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order received (without notice and at our sole discretion), which is to be considered a "non-binding request for supply" only until confirmation of shipment has been received.
