Cancellation of an order

Orders placed on Sixrace.it cannot be cancelled for any reason, including any delivery or shipping delays.

If your order has been " Sold Out " for more than 30 days , you can request a cancellation if the product has not already been pre-ordered by the supplier. Contact our customer service to request a cancellation if your order has been "Sold Out" for more than 30 days.

Customer service cannot cancel an order if the status is not “Out of Stock” and no more than 30 days have passed since the order date.

If your order is in " Ordered " or " Processing " status , you will not be able to cancel it for 45 days after the order date. This is because some manufacturers have longer delivery times than others and cannot be cancelled once placed.

If you have confirmed to our customer service that you wish to wait for an Out of Stock product, you will no longer be able to cancel your order later.
