We ship throughout Europe without customs fees or import taxes. Ex-EU countries do not pay VAT as it is applied by their receiving country.

If you haven't received your tracking email or can't find it in your orders section, it means we're still waiting for your product to be delivered. You don't need to contact us; if there are any issues, we'll contact you. See the "Order Processing Times" section for more details.

All products visible on sixrace.it are purchasable and available! We constantly update our warehouse stock and manufacturer data to show only products that are available for order!

If our site allows you to purchase the product, it means it is available and purchasable!

Some custom-made products require longer lead times. If there are any discrepancies between stock and available quantities, our customer service team will contact you directly to discuss the appropriate handling options (refund, reorder, replacement, or other).

Products that are NOT available and cannot be ordered from the manufacturer will be removed from the site and cannot be purchased (the site itself will display an error if you add them to your cart).

DELIVERY TIMES FROM THE TIME THE PACKAGE IS HANDED OVER TO THE COURIER:

Delivery times from the time the package is handed over to the courier are usually 24-48 hours for Italy and 48-72 hours for Europe. This is from the date of shipment and handing over to the courier (not the order date), plus handling time (see below) .

⚠️ Order preparation times vary depending on the brand. Consider 3-15 days as the minimum and maximum range, with most products delivered within 48 hours in Europe.

Haan Wheels: over 45 days

Powerbronze: 3 to 30 days

In case of temporary unavailability of the product, your order may have the status "Out of stock", no action is required on your part, we will ship your order as soon as we receive it, we will contact you in case of problems. If your order has the status "Shipped" but you are unable to view the tracking, wait 24 hours (at least 1 business day) and try again.

All packages are shipped by express courier with tracking, insured where expressly indicated.

SixRace is not responsible for delays, damage, loss or loss of uninsured packages.
